We&rsquo;ll begin by blocking in the head with simple forms and setting the main proportions, then group the lights and shadows and slowly build the values. The focus is on keeping the drawing clear and readable, using a limited colour palette, subtle temperature shifts, and selective dark accents to guide the eye and create a strong focal contrast.

You will see one or more photographs to draw or paint from. Tutor Luca Indraccolo will be doing an online demonstration next to the video and will be giving hints and tips in the live chat.
