Bargue: An online figure drawing session

Lizet Dingemans

In this week’s 1-hour figure session, Lizet explores two 30-minute Bargue-inspired studies, focusing on clean block-ins, proportion, and simplifying anatomy. Working through two different poses, the session looks at careful measuring, weight transfer, and using simple shapes and light lines to build the figure with confidence. Materials used: A4 paper, sharp black pencil, and putty rubber or standard eraser.
