Join Luca for this month’s FREE 1- hour portrait session with model Aidan, exploring how to describe form when the light source comes from below. You’ll look at how unusual lighting changes the planes of the face, creates unexpected shadows, and can be used to build a strong sense of depth and atmosphere in a portrait. Materials used: Black, white and multiple shades of grey Polychromos pencils by Faber Castell, black Daler-Rowney paper, Mars Staedtler Plastic eraser, Tombow Mono Zero eraser.
