Join Lizet for a one-hour life drawing session with model Nikoletta. In this session, you&rsquo;ll learn how to construct the figure using simple circles and tubes, set accurate proportions through width/length checks and vertical alignments, and block in major shadow shapes before layering drapery.
You&rsquo;ll explore foreshortening, folds, and sleeve bunching, while learning about cast shadows, sharper shadows close to the form, softer as they fall away, to describe volume and subtly suggest the background. Lizet will also show you how to control the fall-off of light, refine forms with directional strokes, selectively sharpen edges, and use subtle blending to unify the drawing.
