Nettle: An online portrait drawing session

Lizet Dingemans

This month’s free 1-hour portrait session with Lizet and model Nettle, the focus is on drawing the profile with glasses using just three tones. Look at how the glasses help show the perspective of the face before progressing into simple light and dark shapes. Materials used: Charcoal toned white paper, willow charcoal, blending tools, black or very dark graphite for details.
