Mark T: An online portrait drawing session

Lizet Dingemans

Join Lizet Dingemans for this one-hour tutorial drawing a coloured pencil portrait on paper from a low “frog” perspective. You'll start by building a value scale, mapping the head’s major planes and perspective and measuring features to counter foreshortening. Lizet will be using black, white, van dycke brown, redviolet, and terra cotta coloured pencils. But as always, feel free to use the colours you prefer.
