Juno: An online portrait drawing session

Luca Indraccolo

Today we'll be trying a new technique to help us focus on seeing the light masses of your subject. Starting with a black background, Luca Indraccolo will draw a single hour-long portrait of Juno using light coloured pencils. If you've not tried it before, it'll be a mind-bending session, but very rewarding! Materials: Coloured pencils: black, dark grey, mid grey, light grey and white. Staedtler plastic eraser. Pencil eraser. Black A4 paper.
