Upcoming online sessions
We run regular, tutored online drawing sessions. They’re a great way to carve out a time to focus on your art each week. We run portrait drawing sessions every Sundays at 4 PM (UK Time) and figure drawing on Wednesdays at 8 PM (UK Time). A tutor joins us, does a demonstration and gives hints and tips. At the end of the session you can share your work with the group for feedback and we give you a link so you can download the photographs and continue working on your drawings.
Portrait sessions are free on the last Sunday of the month. Otherwise, sessions cost $6.50 each, or you can subscribe for only $12 a month. For a FREE taster session of your choosing, sign up below

Sunday 21 September, 2025 at 4 PM (UK time)
Lizet Dingemans draws a portrait of model Amy J this week, showing how to study the planes of the face while also tackling the added challenge of glasses. Using Conté à Paris graphite pencils in HB and 4B on white paper, she explains how to divide the head into clear structural planes, teaching how to keep proportions accurate while layering in the details of the frames and lenses.

Wednesday 24 September, 2025 at 8 PM (UK time)
In this session, join Lizet Dingemans as she draws model Matthias in three 20-minute poses, focusing on gesture and expression while working with the added element of fabric. Using pastels and charcoal on grey-toned paper, she shows how to capture energy and character in quick studies, teaching how fabric can enhance a dynamic pose.
