Will: An online portrait drawing session

Lizet Dingemans

For this week’s 1- hour portrait drawing session, join Lizet with model Will as she explores sculpting the face using layers of coloured pencil over willow charcoal, looking at the textural differences between the two. We’ll focus on how light falls across the forms of the face and how to handle those transitions on grey toned paper. Materials used: Willow charcoal, coloured pencils, white chalk on grey toned paper.
