Drawing fundamentals
In this five week course, Lizet Dingemans uses Bargue drawing as the basis for teaching the fundamentals of drawing. It's a proven way to train your eye and has been used to teach generations of artists since its introduction in the nineteenth century. By copying Charles Bargue's drawings of classical statues you learn how he simplified complex subjects and you improve the accuracy of your drawing in a structured, repeatable way. Whether your ultimate goal is to draw or to paint in oils, watercolours or acrylics, this course will give you a solid foundation on which to build.
