The standard subscription costs £9.50 (that's about $12) per month. The gold subscription costs £13.50 (that's about $18) per month.

Your subscription will start immediately, and you will be charged every month from the day you subscribed. So if you subscribe today, you will be charged today, and then in a month’s time, and so on.
