Upcoming online sessions
We run regular, tutored online drawing sessions. They’re a great way to carve out a time to focus on your art each week. We run portrait drawing sessions every Sundays at 4 PM (UK Time) and figure drawing on Wednesdays at 8 PM (UK Time). A tutor joins us, does a demonstration and gives hints and tips. At the end of the session you can share your work with the group for feedback and we give you a link so you can download the photographs and continue working on your drawings.
Portrait sessions are free on the last Sunday of the month. Otherwise, sessions cost $6.50 each, or you can subscribe for only $12 a month. For a FREE taster session of your choosing, sign up below

Wednesday 25 February, 2026 at 8 PM (UK time)
For this week’s 1-hour figure session, Lizet will be experimenting with mark making, playing with line quality, allowing mistakes, and using pastels to capture a light impression. Model Amy is posing, and materials used are: soft pastels in yellow, orange, pink and brown tones, charcoal and brown-toned paper

Sunday 1 March, 2026 at 4 PM (UK time)
For this week’s 1- hour portrait drawing session, join Lizet with model Will as she explores sculpting the face using layers of coloured pencil over willow charcoal, looking at the textural differences between the two. We’ll focus on how light falls across the forms of the face and how to handle those transitions on grey toned paper.
Materials used: Willow charcoal, coloured pencils, white chalk on grey toned paper.
